EC Pink Shirt Day

Pink Shirt Day happens every year in February. Inspired by an act of kindness in small-town Nova Scotia, Pink Shirt Day raises awareness of bullying in our schools. Yellow Month

    During January we focus on the Yellow Pillar of Character Counts- Respect.  The Golden Rule really encompasses everything about respect: Treat others the way you would like to be treated. Often children say it, but they do not fully comprehend what it means. Have a discussion with your family about what the Golden Rule really means.
