CPL- Summer reading Visits are coming to the EC Learning Commons on June 10! The Calgary Public Library will visit the Elementary Campus Learning Commons Monday and Tuesday, June 10/11 to highlight their Summer Reading Programs promoting literacy and encourage students to read during the summer break. All students will receive information about the summer programs offered.
This is for all interested Grade 4 participants and takes place at lunch recesses June 4th, 5th and 6th. Micro:bit coding challenges provide an optional opportunity for students to further develop coding skills learned during the micro:bits workshop earlier this year.

The LC celebrates TD Canadian Book Week with Grade One and Two author visit from Nadia. L. Hohn on Monday, May 6th. Grade 1 @ 1 - 2 in the LC Grade 2 @ 2:15 – 3:15 in the Learning Commons.
Interested Grade 4 students can participate in the Astro Pi coding event March 11th, 12th & 13th @ lunch recesses in the LC. Students will have the opportunity to code a message that will be sent to the International Space Station!
