Westmount Mid-High Families, you are invited to meet with your child/ren’s teachers:

• Thursday, March 23, 2023, 4:00 – 7:00 pm, in-person
• Friday, March 24, 2023, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm, online

Appointments with teachers are booked via a link to each teacher’s booking calendar. You will need to use a Google account to access the teacher appointment links. If you do not have your own google account, you may use your child’s wcs-g account.

The links to make appointments with your child/ren’s teachers will be available on Friday March 17, 2023 at 9:00 am through a Westmount email communication.

To Book a Time Slot

To book a time slot, click on the particular teacher’s name link to view their calendar.
Select a time. Please mention your child’s name and class in your appointment booking.
You will receive the Google Meet link through email.  You MUST CLICK ACCEPT to confirm the appointment.
If you do not click accept, the appointment will not be booked and the slot may not be available.
*Please note, online appointments on Friday will be through Google Meet.
