Junior Police Academy

Have you ever wondered what it’s like to be a police officer? The Calgary Police Service’s Junior Police Academy gives youths aged 12 to 16 the opportunity to find out.

Junior Police Academy runs three times a year:

  • Spring Break
  • the 3rd Week of July
  • the 3rd Week of August

There are 25 spots available per session. During the July session we partner with Big Brothers & Big Sisters and during the August Session we partner with Boys & Girls Club of Calgary, reserving 12 spots for each partner. The remaining 13 spots for the July and August sessions are open to the public to register.
