There are SUPERSTORE cards available in denominations of $250, $100 and $50. CO-OP is available in $25, $50 $100 and $200. There is a very limited supply of SOBEYS in $50 and $100.
There are no more Safeway cards in stock for the rest of the year. We will inform you once Superstore cards arrive. Place your order for Co-op, Safeway, Sobey's, and Superstore giftcards using the grocery card form and sending a cheque or by sending an e-mail to Mrs. Jane Leslie, Bandaide and then sending in the cheque with your student addressed to same. Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be filled. If you want convenient weekly/bi-weekly or monthly renewal of your order, we can do that too. Add your request to the "anything else" section of the form and include post dated cheques with your order.
Place your Shop & Support order by using this order form. Send in your form and cheque to Mrs. Jane Leslie, Bandaide indicating it is for Shop and Support on the envelope. Shop & Support orders are placed as the need arises. We have a minimum dollar amount that we must place in order for this to be cost efficient. Orders are typically placed every 2 months.

Orders will be sent home with your student unless instructed otherwise.
Participation in school music programs can be expensive. Parents of children enrolled in non-Westmount sports teams and clubs are familiar with the concept of fundraising buy-outs, where families are exempt from fundraising if they choose to pay outright for their child's fee.
All Grade 6-12 Band students will have the course fee added to the student fee invoice in October (see “Fees” in the Music Handbook)
Buy-out: Families who participate in the Buy-out will have the course fee added to the student fee invoice. The course fee covers the cost of the student’s activities for the year. We do appreciate any fundraising you may be able to do to help offset WMA expenses throughout the year.
Fundraising: Families who opt to fundraise will have their “fee” used as a deposit against their fundraising total. Fundraising activities end on the last day of May each school year. Total fundraising activity amounts are than calculated, and families will receive a fee refund cheque in the amount equal to fundraising, less 10%. It is the responsibility of fundraising families to stay on top of ongoing WMA fundraisers... no one will prompt you for your participation. (The most current source of fundraising info is this page, and the regular email to parents.)
***Fee waivers for Band are no longer offered by the Board Office; participation in fundraising events should be therefore considered mandatory for those requiring fee relief.***
