Westmount Special Events:
The Spring Fling

Each year, a live/silent auction and family fun event is held in the Westmount Gym. Titled the Spring Fling, this year's event will be held on Friday, March 2, 2012 from 4:00-7:00 PM at the elementary campus gymnasium, 728-32 St NW. Based on the 2011 pattern, we expect that the silent auction starts at 4:00 pm, with bidding closing between 6:00-6:40 pm. The live auction will be from 6:45-7:00 pm.

This is the same day that new applicants will be coming for intake assessment, and everyone - current Westmount families and new applicants - is invited to join in the festivities.

Spring Fling Donor Letter - a letter to be sent to a business or individual requesting a donation for the Spring Fling.

Spring Fling Donor Form - the form that accompanies the item or service being donated.

Spring Fling's 2012 Catalogue of Items is now available!! This will be updated every few days as March 2 approaches.

Absentee Bid form - if you would like to bid on any live or silent auction items but aren't able to attend on March 2, just fill out this form and submit it via sealed envelope, or by email.
