Canada’s National History Society has announced the 25 finalists for the 2008 Governor General’s Awards for Excellence in Teaching Canadian History. Included in the list of 25 is Westmount's own Mr Neil Robinson.

Regarding Fee Payment: Invoices will be distributed electronically by the Business Office at the end of September/ beginning of October.  Once this notification has been emailed, parents will be able to log in to the school’s secure registration pages (using the same username and password that you used in the spring) to pay by credit card. Note: a number of parents have contacted the school wondering when the 2009 Parent Information/Application nights will be happening. These dates will be posted in early Octoer, please check back at that time.

Parents are reminded that the parking lot south of the school is for staff and students ONLY. This lot is available when there are special events in the evening or on Friday, but during the day from Mon-Thur it is not available for parent parking, and is never to be used for student drop-off. As well, the staff parking lots west and north of the school building, and the Accessible Parking lot west of the building, are not for parent parking or drop-off/pick-up.
