Home Logic at Westmount Charter School
HomeLogic is a software addition to our SIRS (Student Information Registry System) database which allows parents to securely log-in and view specific student information. Parents can view their child’s attendance by logging into a specific page on the HomeLogic site from their computer at home using their secure user-name and password. Parents can also set-up attendance notifications, which is a process that is recommended.
All school timetables and report cards are issued through HomeLogic only.

| Account Creation | |
| In order to access the system and create the school account for your household, you will need the school ID number for one of your children, which is a number beginning with 6002 found on all report cards, mid-high timetables, and the student ID cards. It may also be found by logging in to the Web Registration system as a parent and then clicking on the Student Information link on the right hand pane of the website. | All mid-high course selections are now done through Home Logic. | **Course selection in Home Logic is only active when course selection is announced in the Spring. We have a tutorial video regarding HomeLogic course selections here. Informed Consent
By registering and creating a HomeLogic Account, you consent to the following:
I hereby acknowledge that there is a minimal level of risk of my child’s personal information being compromised (just as there is in any on-line student information program), and that Westmount Charter School will take reasonable proactive measures to insure due-diligence with school technology security, for example the use of SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). I accept that my username and password needs to be kept secret from other people, including my child, to protect my HomeLogic account. I also recognize that it is not advisable to use public computers or insecure wireless networks to access my HomeLogic account. I understand that I should customize the notifications that I wish to receive in my profile, and that Westmount Charter School will no longer be reporting absences via the phone and/or e-mail during this pilot process. I understand that I need to set-up my HomeLogic account with an e-mail address that I check frequently to receive notifications in a timely manner.
