Student-Teacher Rate: $40
Student-teachers can attend the conference for a discounted rate of
$40.00. Please verify student-teacher status by indicating which post secondary
institution you are earning your degree from, your school
placement and your mentor teacher for current term.
Youth Conference: $40
Maximum Space: 25 Students
Covers the cost of sessions directed at students age 12 - 17, still
attending middle/high school. This includes the opportunity to hear
the keynote speak on Saturday, October 23, 2010. Please note the
wine and cheese is restricted to adults; the youth session is only on
Saturday, October 23.

Conference presenters obtain ONE free registration for the conference.

Pre conference: $40
Attend the pre conference at Westmount Charter School on October 22nd, all day
up to a maximum of 30 people.
Preconference will involve meeting with WCS staff to talk about gifted
programming, observe teachers in classrooms, panel discussion and teacher
presentation. Division 1, 2 and 4 will be available for classroom visits.
The pre conference will be tailored to the registrants.

Please note: Dr. Cross and Dr. Olenchak are both keynote speaking to the
conference participants between Friday Evening and Saturday. In addition,
they will each be doing a break out session, in which space is limited. People
interested in attending the breakout session, must pre-register at the time of
registration, at no additional cost. Once 70 spaces are filled for each breakout
session, people will need to choose different breakout sessions to attend. One
of the main advantages of Early Bird Registration!
