You will need to have a course selection form - to be completed by student in discussion with parent, signed by both student and parent, and returned to Westmount. Download here (click on grade):
• GRADE 6 • GRADE 7 • GRADE 8 •
Grade 5 students do not need a course selection form, but do need the Introduction to Band form
