applying for 2011-2012 Kindergarten
at Westmount Charter School?

Once you download the application package, starting 9:00 PM on Wednesday, April 13th,
there are ONLY TWO WAYS that the completed package may be submitted to Westmount:

1. Printed, filled out, signed, then scanned and emailed to registrar@westmountcharter.com

or 2. Printed, filled out, signed, then faxed to 403-249-3412.

PLEASE NOTE: there was an overwhelming volume of applications received on April 13, 2011, starting at 9:00 PM. By roughly 9:15 PM there were more than enough applicants to fill all available spaces.

Please note that applications are not date-and-time-stamped until ALL documentation has been received, so make sure that you have sent all three pages of the application package AND the birth certificate (or, if your child was not born in Canada, immigration documents that show your child's date of birth - preferably a Permanent Residency Card or Canadian Passport).
We also request that you submit your child's immunization records at this time.

In order to avoid line-ups at the office during our school day we are not prepared to receive applications by any other means.

If you do not have easy access to a fax machine, many convenience stores, 24-hour drug stores, registry agents, stationery and print shops (eg. Staples, inSource) have fax machines available for public use.
