Application to Grade 1 for the 2013-2014 school year is now closed and we will not be accepting any more applications at this time.

| Step 1: | Attend Grade 1 Open House 7-8 pm, January 16, 2013. WCS Elementary Campus 728-32 St. N.W. |

| Step 2: | Download & complete Application Package from our website

| Step 3: | Attend English as an Additional Language (EAL) Assessment Appointment (If Applicable) – February 11 & 12, 2013 |

| Step 4: | Attend Intake Assessment Days – March 8, 2013, 1 pm until 3 pm |

| Step 5: | Wait for Notification of Our Decision – April 26, 2013 |
All applicants will be notified by email of the Selection Committee's decision by April 26, 2013. Please make sure that we have your correct email in the application. |

| Step 6: | Complete the Registration Process – deadline May 31, 2013 |
| If your child is offered a place at the school, you must complete the on-line registration process which confirms your acceptance at Westmount. Deadlines and instructions will be clearly stated if we offer your child a place at the school. | |
Please Note: It is critical that you update any changes/additions to your child’s personal information. Examples: changes to address, home/work telephone numbers, email addresses, custody issues, emergency contacts, medical conditions, allergies, and let the teacher know about any psychological or education reports. |
